Return and Refund Policy

We welcome the return of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the distinguished SKU label. Exchanges, however, are not within our policy.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

Processing time is 5 - 7 business days after we receive the return.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow us 5- 7 business days from the day the returned package is received to process.

If there was a refund processed, it will be issued back to your original form of payment.

Due to the importance of shipping times and our customers, we are currently only shipping to:

  • Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
  • Including P.O. Boxes. 
  • All US Military bases, APO/FPO
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.


Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender. Dear Angel and Trendsi is not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses inputted by the customer. 

To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
There will be no refunds for any of the following products:

  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates/Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear

 A product without any defect, isn't the wrong size or isn't the wrong item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please be sure to triple check the size guides and self determine the best size. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility listed above. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). The return address is set by default. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Address input made in error on our end, will then be our responsibly to cover extra shipping cost to reship to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. .

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If something arrives damaged due to the mail carrier's neglect, send a photo to, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please Note: We will only cover the cost of damage to the products that were incurred during delivery. We will not be responsible for deliveries marked as delivered, but you haven't received it. We will cover the cost if items were 'lost in transit' due to carriers fault.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
